Aladdin Client Transformations, Vice President

Lead client workshops and training by acting as an eFront product expert, advising on industry-standard solutions and out-of-the-box features. Perform gap analysis by engaging stakeholders to document business requirements and challenge existing processes. Design and implement solutions in conjunction with technical teams, managing day-to-day client relationships, effort estimates, and project planning. Provide ongoing implementation support, including solving data migration issues and supporting user acceptance testing. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and partner with the Product team to communicate client trends and shape innovation. This role is part of the Aladdin eFront North America business, working with diverse clients across private equity, real estate, and infrastructure.
