Job Summary
Client Engagement role in BlackRock/A laddin ACE group serving as trusted advisor to buy-side clients, owning relationships with senior client teams, driving engagement campaigns and go-to-market strategies to increase Aladdin penetration, collaborating with product managers and developers to deliver analytical and investment-process solutions that leverage the Aladdin platform; requires experience in buy-side investment workflows, risk, data, analytics, and client reporting, with a consultative, commercially-driven mindset and strong communication in Italian/Spanish and English, across a hybrid Milan or Madrid location.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Services, Technology, Consulting or Buy Side firm
- Experience with buy-side investment management workflows
- Working knowledge of risk, data, analytics and client reporting processes
- Familiarity with capital markets instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives) including private markets such as private equity, infrastructure, real assets etc.
- Consultative approach to understanding client needs with a commercial mindset and drive for revenue opportunities
- Strong interest in technology, with knowledge of databases and learning new systems
- Ability to communicate in Italian and Spanish or both, plus business-level English
- Self-starter mindset and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- CFA, FRM or other professional qualifications (optional)
