Job Summary
Retail Signage Removal & Paint Technician needed to remove signage, repair surfaces, patch and paint, and document completed work with before-and-after photos in active retail environments. Responsibilities include removing interior, overhead, and directional signage, removing mounting hardware, patching and painting walls, safely operating ladders and scissor lifts, following project instructions and safety requirements, and maintaining a professional appearance at client locations. This is project-based, part-time work with compensation on a per-project basis; candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision in retail store environments and may require early morning schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with painting, drywall repair, maintenance, merchandising, fixture installation, signage installation/removal, or light construction preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Scissor lift experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
