AL - Wait Staff

Plates food for assisted living residents according to the menu, using proper portion sizes and ensuring dining expectations are met. Maintains sanitation and proper plate presentation in the ALF dining room, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, floors, and equipment. Handles water and ice tea service, sets tables, assists in moving carts between kitchen and dining areas, monitors temperatures and quality of food, washes dishes and glassware, ensures small wares are returned, communicates needs to Dietary Manager and Chef, and adheres to infection control and universal precautions. May be assigned to work in different areas within the department as needed and attends scheduled food service inservices.
