AL Resident Care Manager/CMA/Resident Care Coordinator

Manage Assisted Living team members by scheduling staff, evaluating performance, and supporting frontline caregivers while reporting to the HWD. Participate in weekly at-risk meetings with leadership to ensure all resident needs are addressed and lead care plan meetings with families as resident needs change. Review and implement operational processes such as shower and laundry schedules to maintain efficiency. Promote company policies to ensure communities provide the best care possible. Requires 3-5 years of caregiver experience with CNA certification and a State of GA Medication Aide certification. Fluency in English is required for communicating with families and staff.
