Job Summary
Manage the overall success of the assisted living community by working directly with the Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care for every resident. Oversee daily operations while maintaining strict adherence to safety and compliance standards within the facility. Requires a current RN or LPN license, active CPR certification, and at least two years of supervisory experience in long-term care. Full-time role with an 8:30a - 5:00p shift, on-call rotation, and flexibility for after hours and weekends. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 annually. Required Qualifications
- current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work
- active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an American Heart Association (AHA) approved provider
- two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care
