Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides high-quality nursing care under the direction of RNs and physicians in a healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living setting. Responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene and daily activities, contributing to individualized care plans, documenting health status in medical records, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Performs wound care, supports residents/patients emotionally, communicates with patients and families about treatments and care plans, assists RNs and physicians during clinical procedures, and ensures a safe, compassionate, patient-centered care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
