Job Summary
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform wound care while documenting patient health status and responding to treatment changes. Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to develop and follow individualized care plans, assisting with clinical procedures, injections, and activities of daily living. Provide emotional support to patients and families, maintain accurate medication records, and adhere to infection control protocols and facility policies. Work 7a-7:30p shifts in a healthcare or long-term care setting with an active LPN license and strong clinical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
- Active LPN license
