Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation within healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living facilities by cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces. Perform laundry services including washing, drying, and distributing linens while ensuring proper disposal of soiled items. Restock cleaning supplies, monitor inventory levels, and safely handle chemicals following established protocols. Collect and dispose of trash, sweep floors, and respond promptly to resident or staff requests. Wear personal protective equipment as required and report maintenance issues or safety hazards. Full-time position with health benefits, 401k match, and PTO.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience in healthcare, long-term care, or hospitality settings
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
