AL - Hospitality Aide

Provide companionship and engage with residents through conversation, activities, and social interaction. Assist residents with non-medical needs, including making beds, tidying rooms, delivering linens, and serving meals. Maintain clean and organized environments by ensuring rooms and common areas are hazard-free and distributing supplies. Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance and report health concerns to clinical staff. Work collaboratively with nursing teams to support residents' dignity, independence, and overall quality of life.
