AL - Hospitality Aide

Provide companionship and engage with residents through conversation, activities, and social interaction. Assist residents with non-medical needs, including making beds, tidying rooms, delivering linens, and supporting mealtime routines. Maintain a clean and hazard-free environment by organizing rooms, distributing linens, and cleaning dining areas. Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance and report health or well-being concerns to clinical staff. Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams to transport residents to activities and appointments, while offering emotional support to enhance their quality of life. High school diploma required; previous healthcare or hospitality experience preferred.
