Job Summary
Provide non-clinical resident support in a healthcare/long-term care facility, including companionship, daily living assistance, mealtime support, linen delivery, and environment maintenance. Collaborate with nursing staff to meet residents' needs and support the activities department to promote resident well-being. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and a compassionate, patient, team-oriented approach. Education: high school diploma or equivalent required. This is a full-time role (Day shift, 12-hour shifts) based in Eaton, OH.
