Job Summary
AI Enablement Lead for the Product Strategy lifecycle, responsible for identifying AI opportunities, defining a clear AI roadmap, and embedding AI capabilities into PSG workflows. Lead cross-functional collaboration between business stakeholders and Technology to design, build, test, and deploy production-grade AI solutions, drive adoption, and embed new tools into day-to-day workflows. Focus areas include accelerating opportunity identification, launching and distributing products, client acquisition, content creation, and reducing repetitive manual work while improving speed, quality, and consistency of Product Strategists’ work. Strong track record in translating business processes into AI-enabled solutions and delivering at enterprise scale.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technical, quantitative, or related field
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in asset management or financial services (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AI, automation, or productivity tool deployments
- Strong understanding of translating business workflows into AI-enabled solutions
- Experience working with complex data environments and legacy systems
- Ability to partner with engineering teams and drive business outcomes
- Strong execution and delivery skills
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enterprise tooling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
