Job Summary
Assist in meal preparation and service by following established menus and dietary guidelines for residents or patients. Serve meals in a clean manner, prepare trays for delivery, and maintain a sanitized kitchen environment by washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and special diets such as diabetic, low-sodium, and gluten-free plans. Monitor food inventory, rotate stock, and notify management of shortages. Interact professionally with residents, patients, and staff to address dietary needs and preferences. High school diploma required; previous food service or healthcare experience preferred. Full-time role with health benefits, 401k match, and PTO.
