AL - Dayshift Hospitality Aide

Provide companionship and engage with residents through conversation, activities, and social interaction. Assist residents with non-medical needs, including making beds, tidying rooms, serving meals, and responding promptly to calls for assistance. Maintain clean, organized environments by delivering linens, distributing supplies, and cleaning dining areas. Support team collaboration by reporting health concerns to nursing staff and helping residents navigate to activities or appointments. Maintain a compassionate, patient attitude while ensuring residents' dignity and independence. High school diploma required; previous healthcare or hospitality experience preferred.
