AL - Dayshift Hospitality Aide

Provide non-clinical support in a healthcare/long-term care setting. Assist residents with daily activities, meals, personal care, and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment. Support nursing and care teams through compassionate, resident-focused service; engage residents in conversation and activities; help with transporting residents within the facility and setting up/clearing dining areas. Maintain safety and order in rooms and common areas, deliver linens and supplies, and assist activities staff to encourage participation in programs. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
