AL - Dayshift Hospitality Aide

Provide companionship and engage with residents through conversation, activities, and social interaction. Assist with non-medical needs including making beds, tidying rooms, serving meals, and responding promptly to calls for assistance. Maintain clean, organized environments by delivering linens, setting up dining areas, and ensuring rooms are free from hazards. Support residents' dignity and independence by helping with personal care tasks like brushing hair and adjusting pillows. Collaborate with nursing and care staff to report health concerns and transport residents to activities or appointments. Work dayshift hours with a high school diploma required; previous healthcare or hospitality experience is preferred.
