AL Care Associate- PM SHIFT

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and ambulation according to their individualized service plans. Participate in housekeeping and laundry tasks, assist with dining services by plating food and serving residents, and lead life enrichment programming and family activities. Report and record changes in resident condition to the nurse on duty, document resident status per community policy, and promptly respond to all pendants, call lights, and pull cords. Apply principles of infection control, monitor resident environments for safety standards, and provide emergency response within scope of practice. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure community success. Weekend availability required.
