Job Summary
Organize and coordinate guest activities for the winter season at Northern Lights Village Saariselkä. Lead the experiences team, participate in departmental meetings, and schedule shifts. Plan and deliver a wide range of guest activities while maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for guests and staff. Manage activity-related equipment, collaborate with the Experiences Coordinator and other departments, and handle guest feedback or complaints. Communicate with subcontractors and apply a creative, proactive approach to activity planning, leveraging systems and AI skills as an added benefit.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Valid B drivers’ license
- First Aid certificate
- Experience working as a guide
- Experience in supervisory role, ideally in hospitality or tourism
- Ability to work in a team and lead by example
- Patience and customer service orientation
- Creative and proactive approach to planning and delivering activities
