Job Summary
Drive regional PGTH program leadership by executing checks across all countries, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring service teams follow requirements during pre-installation, installation, and post-service phases. Analyze submitted reports to identify non-conformances and trends, then provide actionable recommendations for corrective measures to improve system stability. Host regular calls with country teams to review statuses and escalations, acting as the focal point for risk mitigation while monitoring progress toward timely closure. Collaborate with global PGTH experts to align regional execution with standards, leading deployment of initiatives and sharing insights to influence future enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, or related field)
- Strong technical understanding of electrical infrastructure, grounding systems, and environmental control for medical equipment or similar technologies
- 5+ years of experience in field service/technical service
- Good analytical and problem‐solving skills with ability to interpret technical reports
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions (preferred)
- Medical device preferred
