Prepare and adjust mechanical parts by reading blueprints, deburring, polishing, and performing white-assembly. Assemble aerodynamic mockups with precision, ensuring proper alignment, surface roughness, and fixture installation for wind tunnel testing. Participate in test campaigns by installing instrumentation, managing sensor cabling, and conducting visual and dimensional quality control. Maintain the workshop through daily organization, weekly cleaning, and equipment upkeep. Requires a Bac professional to Bac +3 degree, minimum two years in precision mechanical assembly, and proficiency in manual machining and metrology tools. English technical reading is required for documentation and equipment labels.
