Conduct daily bread production following technical sheets to ensure quality and standardization. Maintain stock levels through organized restocking, support sales by offering suggestions and answering inquiries with cordiality, and participate in product display and organization. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (POP) and complete mandatory controls while ensuring the area remains clean and organized according to hygiene and food safety norms. Full-time availability required, including weekends and holidays.
