Job Summary
Prepare daily food for the menu, operate equipment such as meat grinders and vegetable peelers, and wash pots and utensils used in the general kitchen. Substitute the cook when necessary and maintain all activities aligned with health, safety, and environmental standards. Work in units including Villa-Lobos, Anália Franco, and Central do Tatuapé on day or night shifts. Initial training is provided during business hours.
