Job Summary
Maintain the highest food preparation standards while assisting the kitchen team and organizing spaces during and after tasks. Prepare dishes following immediate supervision, label all manipulated ingredients per nutritional team directives, and keep pantries, counters, sinks, and equipment clean using PVPS practices. Support buffet assembly and interact with guests, clients, and colleagues with friendliness and professionalism.
