Job Summary
Manage floor-to-door transactions, click and collects, and ship-from-store orders while receiving, inspecting, and unpacking incoming shipments with attention to discrepancies and damages. Process sales accurately through cash handling and the POS system, ensuring stock is unpacked, neat, and correctly labeled. Investigate and manage stock discrepancies efficiently, coordinate back-of-house stock rotation, and maintain accurate product labels reflecting current inventory positions. Support the management team by coordinating store openings and closings, assisting in training new team members, and acting as a senior lead to direct reports. Lift up to 16kg regularly while ensuring all decisions align with Aje's brand standards.
