Job Summary
Procurement Assistant to support the commercial team in international trade and logistics from Porto Alegre. Responsibilities include assisting with purchase orders and tracking order status, developing and running frequent business reports to support decisions, and supporting the procurement team with reporting and documentation. Requires a degree in Business Administration or related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint), strong attention to detail, effective communication, and fluency in English plus advanced Spanish (additional languages a plus). This is a 100% on-site position in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Language proficiency: English (fluent) and Spanish (advanced). Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
