AIX Field Service Engineering Director

AIX Field Service Engineering Director leading the regional field service engineering organization for Applied Materials. Provides leadership and direction through managers, manages and owns the region, and executes segment/functional strategy with a focus on Computer Integrated Manufacturing, data ingestion and analysis, and driving a digital transformation. Demonstrates deep technical and business expertise, applies broad industry awareness to improve financial and operational performance, and leads through subordinate managers to deliver outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills for negotiating with senior executives and external organizations; ensures adherence to Applied Materials’ global Standards of Business Conduct and ethical values. Travel approximately 25% and relocation is not eligible.
