AIX Field Service Engineer

Job Summary
Maintain the FSS system, monitor alarms, and propagate models while adjusting model limits as part of daily work. Provide guidance on troubleshooting issues and gain knowledge on actions required for the digital tool space. Work on continual improvement projects and serve as the main point of contact for issue escalation at the site. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding to ensure accurate communication. Apply general business knowledge and demonstrate conceptual understanding of theories and procedures within the discipline. Use existing procedures to solve standard problems and analyze information to make judgments within standardized practices.
Required Qualifications
- Functional Knowledge: Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline
- Functional Knowledge: Have some knowledge of Applied's products and applications
- Functional Knowledge: Business Expertise: Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
