Job Summary

Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation within the Assurance practice. Manage and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver quality products by designing, coding, and testing applications that meet client needs. Oversee the application lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, execution, and maintenance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address engineering challenges. Implement continuous integration and delivery practices, conduct code reviews, and analyze system components to optimize performance. Encourage team development through coaching and feedback, fostering innovation in scalable AI-enabled applications using LLM integrations and secure deployment. This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $99,000 to $297,000 depending on location, with an annual discretionary bonus. Full benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and various paid time off options.

Required Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Building scalable AI-enabled applications using LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, model APIs, data pipelines, observability, testing, and secure deployment practices
  • Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies
  • Excelling in API Management and Application Development
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
  • Leveraging skills in Business Process Improvement and Management
  • Applying knowledge of Microservices and Enterprise Application Integration
  • Developing expertise in Software Project Management and Planning
  • Up to 20% travel
