Job Summary
Design and implement seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures to enhance client business performance. Analyze business requirements and develop technical designs for innovative technology solutions, leading large projects that apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems. Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback while directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations. Develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams through open coaching, applying sound judgment to resolve issues hindering effectiveness. Craft clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, utilizing AI/Blockchain skills and cloud strategy to optimize technology infrastructure. Conduct feasibility studies and business process modeling to support strategic technology planning.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Applies AI development skills and blockchain analysis knowledge to design solutions that use blockchain data for audit-related use cases
- Combines AI/ML capabilities with an understanding of blockchain data, analytics, and controls to support audit automation, insight generation, and evolving business needs
- Demonstrating advanced skills in architectural engineering and solution architecture
- Utilizing Microsoft Azure for cloud strategy and implementation
- Leading enterprise architecture initiatives and system integration projects
- Excelling in stakeholder management and strategic questioning
- Applying analytical thinking to drive business value analysis and competitive advantage
- Up to 20% travel
