Job Summary
Aisles Online Shopper who selects groceries online for customers, ensuring highest quality produce, meat, and items from all temperature zones. Responsibilities include accurately selecting groceries ordered online, scanning and bagging items, loading/unloading, maintaining proper temperatures, and tendering orders for pickup with prompt, friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. Night and weekend shifts are required. The role emphasizes learning customer names, addressing customers by name when possible, and upholding store policies while supporting an engaging shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Ability to identify problems and execute solutions
- Ability to substitute products for customers when unavailable
- Well organized, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform related tasks (stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling)
