Job Summary
Select highest quality produce, meat, and fresh products for online orders. Accurately scan, bag, and tender customer orders through POS while ensuring proper temperature control. Escort customers to items, load heavy groceries into vehicles, and monitor incoming orders for prompt fulfillment. Retrieve stored orders and place them in holding areas for pickup. Assist customers by securing out-of-reach products, passing along suggestions, and answering phones and emails promptly. Work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess the ability to substitute products for customers, upon request and unavailability
- Must be physically able to perform medium work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting/carrying of objects of no more than 25 pounds
- Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre employment drug screen
