Job Summary
Aisles Online Service Lead at Hy-Vee overseeing daily center operations for the Aisles Online department, supervising staff, and planning labor to ensure efficient, customer-focused service. Responsibilities include directing employees, handling customer interactions and orders, maintaining quality control and equipment, training new staff, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating with supervisors on labor needs and store guidelines. Requires ability to perform arithmetic and basic analytics, strong teamwork and communication, and the physical ability to stand for long periods; high school graduate preferred with 6 months to 1 year related experience preferred. Night and weekend shifts required; pre-employment drug screen is contingent.
