Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service to all shoppers while independently or as part of a team maintaining store standards. Carry out stock replenishment to ensure all areas remain tidy and inviting, meeting high standards of display and visual merchandising to help customers find items easily. Support colleagues within the team and maintain a passion for creating an exceptional in-store experience. Work Saturdays and Sundays from 1645 to 2200. This role is part of WHSmith's growing airport, rail, and motorway network, where the InMotion brand continues to develop digital accessories partnerships with retailers like M&S and Costa Coffee.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years continuous references – to gain an airport pass you will need to provide 5 years' worth of either employment or education references without any gaps
- Criminal Records Bureau Check – to be completed by WHSmith if your application is successful
- Photographic ID i.e. passport or UK Driving Licence
