Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales by recommending products and services with strong knowledge of inventory and KPIs. Maintain best-in-marketplace standards through clean store presentation, availability checks, and safe, legal operations. Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to support daily activities and assist colleagues. Requires 5 years of continuous references, a criminal records check, and photographic ID. Based at WHSmith Gatwick North airport with 8 hours per week of fully flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years continuous references
- Criminal Records Bureau Check
- Photographic ID i.e. passport or UK Driving Licence
- Current/recent Retail Product (or similar) sales experience
- Working knowledge of KPI's such as ATV
- Good communication skills and listening skills
- A passion for providing a great customer experience
- Great organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
