Job Summary
Airside Experience Specialist responsible for ground service and guest-facing support at the private aviation terminal (PAT). Operates ground service equipment and follows company policies to deliver safe, efficient, and exceptional service to aircraft, crew, and guests. Must work flexible schedules including night, holiday, and weekend shifts, and perform tasks near aircraft in varying weather and environmental conditions (precipitation, extreme temperatures, jet engine fumes, dust, noise). Role involves duties both inside and outside near stationary and moving aircraft, including proximity to propellers and engines.
