Job Summary
Provide wheelchair assistance to airport passengers at all stages between curb side and aircraft. Push wheelchairs, assist with transporting and checking in or claiming baggage, and help passengers up or down stairs of aircraft as needed. Collect and return wheelchairs to staging areas, follow safety procedures, and report safety incidents or hazards. Perform related duties within current skill and experience capabilities, and work to maintain a safe, professional customer experience in rotating shifts and adverse weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
- Proficient in English
