Airport Systems Support Technician

Airport Systems Support Technician responsible for maintaining common-use IT equipment across the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) to ensure uninterrupted operations. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and flexibility with time, with duties involving hands-on work with computers, proactive and reactive problem solving, technical training, and on-site support in a fast-paced environment. Requires the ability to transport tools, stand/walk long distances (10,000+ steps/day), and cover shifts as needed. On-site, full-time position with shift work (Monday–Friday) and multiple shift times available. High school diploma with 2+ years of customer service preferred but not required; A+ or relevant certifications preferred but not required.
