Job Summary

Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations, transporting passengers to and from designated airport locations on established routes. Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation, completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and reporting any issues. Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly, assist passengers with luggage, and communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards while maintaining a clean driving record. Participate in required DOT and company training and report accidents or incidents immediately. Work 24/7 shifts including weekends with competitive hourly pay plus tips.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
  • Experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service
  • Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations
  • Excellent driving skills and a strong understanding of defensive driving techniques
  • Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
  • Ability to navigate efficiently in various traffic conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and other staff
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous customer service
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
  • Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and logs
  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed
  • Ability to assist passengers with luggage or other belongings
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized vehicle
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
