Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned airport terminals, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity and report security concerns. Verify credentials at access points, respond to incidents and alarms, and assist visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities. Prepare accurate reports and maintain logs related to patrols, observations, and policy violations. Work part-time shifts from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM in Kahului, HI, with a background investigation and drug screen required.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred
- Have customer service experience preferred
- Have access control and badge experience preferred
