Job Summary
Conduct unarmed security duties and customer service tasks at various sites while maintaining client policies and enforcing rules. Defuse potential conflicts using verbal de-escalation techniques and respond to emergency situations. Report for shifts on time, presentable, and in the prescribed uniform while sitting, standing, or walking for the duration of the shift, including long distances and stairs. Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and work independently with little supervision. Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional image throughout the role.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No felony convictions
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to successfully pass a drug test at the time of hire and randomly thereafter
- Friendly, positive, and professional image
- Willingness to become CPR/1st Aide/AED Certified
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
- Less than 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- No other major violations in the last 3 years
- Ability to sit, stand or walk for the duration of the shift, including walking long distances, and possibly up and down stairs
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be readily able to respond to emergency situations
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Weekend Availability Required

- Being able to defuse situations through verbal judo and other communication tactics
- Being able to balance expectations of outstanding customer service while maintaining client policies and enforcing rules
- Be able to read and interpret written post guidelines, follow procedures as outlined and ensure all tasks are completed throughout the shift
- Reliability - Report for your shift on time, presentable, and in the prescribed uniform
- Friendly Personality
