Job Summary
As an Airport Representative, you will ensure that hotel guests' transportation arrangements and flight details are recognized and assisted at the airport. Responsibilities include providing luggage assistance, processing GST refunds at Changi airport, and offering relevant airline information. You will maintain relationships with airline personnel and communicate guest queries to respective departments. A key expectation is to deliver legendary service, accommodate guests' preferences, and promptly address any incidents or complaints.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility and a can-do attitude
- Ability to think quickly and accommodate last minute requests and changes
- Strong communication skills in English
- Willingness to work on rotation shifts, weekends, and public holidays
