Job Summary
Greet customers upon arrival, verify driver's licenses and reservations, and process car exchanges in the Rental Car computer system. Expedite the rental process by assigning keys, rental agreements, and explaining invoice charges while resolving customer issues professionally. Work in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels, handling tasks including baggage handling or customer-facing roles if applicable. Must be flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Requires a valid driver's license, 18 years of age, and proficiency in English. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
