Job Summary
Marshalling aircraft on the ramp and handling essential ramp duties in Hawaii. Responsibilities include marshalling arriving/departing aircraft, loading/unloading and sorting baggage, possible cabin service tasks, de-icing as required, and operating ramp equipment such as stairs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, and tugs. Maintain safety by performing hazard checks, following safety procedures, and reporting incidents. Paid training provided; full-time roles require 30+ hours/week; benefits include flight privileges after 30 days, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401k, and other wellness programs. Must be at least 18, have a High School diploma or GED, be able to obtain credentials per airport/state requirements, and hold a valid driver’s license. Shift options include morning and evening rotations with potential overtime and exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
