Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of large and complex airport projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Lead and manage teams while determining scope, complexity, planning, and scheduling requirements. Develop quality assurance standards through regular reviews and audits, ensuring projects meet established standards. Mentor junior staff, assist with business development, and update stakeholders on project status. Manage project resources, including staffing, budgeting, and procurement, to ensure successful outcomes. Monitor performance, identify issues, and communicate with clients to maintain high satisfaction levels while complying with on-site safety requirements. Requires 10+ years of consulting experience and 8+ years in project management. Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, construction, or planning
- Associate degree with equivalent experience
- 10+ years of consulting experience
- 8+ years of project management experience
- Knowledge of engineering business consulting
- Outstanding client service orientation, communication, leadership and presentation skills
- Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
