Job Summary

Review pavement images and trace visible cracks to support machine-learning tools for maintenance decisions. Label crack data per Division guidance, organize completed files and tracking logs, and identify unclear images for staff review. Serve as a visual observer during drone flights, monitoring airspace and communicating with pilots while assisting with field notes and data organization. File, scan, rename, and organize project documents, update spreadsheets, and perform related support tasks. Most work is computer-based, with occasional field duties at airports involving walking and standing in active pavement areas.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently after training
  • Ability to work in an office setting and occasionally in the field

Desired Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Experience with Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, or similar tools
  • Interest or experience in drones, aviation, pavement, GIS, CAD, construction, or data entry
  • Ability to stay organized and complete repetitive tasks accurately
