Airport Passenger Service Agent (Avelo) - ROC

Provide customer service to airline passengers across arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and related inquiries. Assist passengers including those with special needs such as unaccompanied minors and wheelchair assistance; operate a computerized system for ticketing and check-in and guide passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine. Support ramp operations (wheelchairs, strollers) and ensure safe, compliant handling of passengers; adhere to safety procedures. This role is full-time (30+ hours/week) with benefits including flight privileges after 30 days, weekly pay for hourly employees, PTO, medical/dental/vision, and 401k. Requires High School diploma or GED, ability to obtain required credentials, physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and outdoors.
