Airport Operations Technician

Perform operations and maintenance duties at Rochester International Airport, respond to emergency and non-emergency incidents involving aircraft operating at the airport, assist in the maintenance/repair of airport facilities and equipment, operate radios for communications with the control tower, carry and operate a two-way radio for company communications, assist with snow and ice removal, operate aircraft rescue and firefighting equipment and a variety of ground vehicles, participate in regular aircraft rescue and firefighting training, and complete duties and training related to FAR Part 139 compliance (NOTAMs, Field Condition Reports, airfield safety and inspection) and TSA Part 1542 security duties (airport badging, TSA enrollment).
