Job Summary
Coordinate airside/lands-side facility operations at Denver International Airport, overseeing janitorial, window cleaning, pest control and related maintenance service contracts. Monitor contractor performance through regular inspections, review and coordinate shutdowns for maintenance activities, ensure contract compliance with airport regulations and city policies, and direct corrective actions to restore service. Train and educate contractors and airport staff on janitorial activities and best practices, respond to public and tenant inquiries and complaints, report on hazardous or maintenance issues, and maintain contract documentation and performance metrics. Requires experience reviewing and administering multiple service contracts, KPIs, and proficiency with contract management systems (e.g., Maximo) and Microsoft Office suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate with project managers, contractors, stakeholders, and airport users.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate
- Three (3) years of administrative or technical support experience evaluating contracts for compliance with standards driven by some combination of service, performance, and financial criteria
- Requires a valid Driver's License at the time of application
