Job Summary
Technical and compliance-driven Airport Operations Agent responsible for safety inspections of airfield and facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance (FAA Part 139, Part 77, TSA Part 1542), NOTAM management, wildlife control, snow/ice operations, incident and emergency response, and assisting with training documentation and certification processes for airport operations. Provides high level customer service to the public and stakeholders, supports special events and on-call emergencies, and contributes to continuous improvement of airport safety and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree
- 2+ years airport operations experience or equivalent
- SIDA clearance
- Valid Driver's License
- US Customs and Border Protection Clearance
- NIMS & emergency training
- Airfield Driving
- FAA/TSA regulations knowledge
- OSHA familiarity
- Strong communication and computer skills
